The Single Head Adjustable Output Pump is one of four types in Stenner's Classic Series and is an ideal choice for treating problem water. The pump can inject water treatment solutions for pH control or to oxidize iron, hydrogen sulfide or manganese for removal by filtration. Disinfection, pH control or adjustment, corrosion and scale control and oxidation are common water treatment applications found in markets such as Water Conditioning, Animal Health, Industrial Process, Water and Wastewater, and Cooling Towers. The versatility of the product expands into other markets as well, such as Legionella prevention in Cooling Towers, sprinkler head cleaning in Irrigation and Horticulture and plating bath treatment in the Metal Finishing industry. Double Head Fixed Chemical Injection Pump

If requiring more output than the Classic single head pump offers, especially with 25 psi installations for larger commercial swimming pools, then the double head pump may be your answer. Similar to the other models in the Classic series, the pump will dose solutions such as sodium hypochlorite, acid, polyphosphates, biocides for common water treatment applications that include disinfection, pH control, corrosion and scale control, oxidation and sanitization. Also utilized in water and wastewater treatment plants, the pump can inject two compatible liquids at the same ratio. The Classic Series double head fixed pump is built the same way as the single head fixed with the addition of another pump head that doubles the output. The pump runs at 100% fixed rate and can be installed to an ORP type controller to manage the output.

The Single Head Fixed Output Injection Pump is one of four types in Stenner's Classic Series. This peristaltic metering pump injects solutions at a fixed rate and can be activated by a water meter for proportional feed for drinking water disinfection for animal health or homeowners. It can also be installed with a controller for sanitizing a swimming pool. Great news for installers in the commercial pool industry, the Classic Series single head fixed pump has been tested by ETL to conform to the ANSI/NSF standard 50 when used with ANSI/NSF 50 listed controllers. Variable Speed | SVP Series

The SVP Series is a variable speed pump with manual or automatic control.

The SVP Series variable speed peristaltic injection pump is adjustable, has a DC motor and a detachable pump head. It features a rugged polycarbonate housing, heavy-duty gear motor and LED display with a four button control pad for easy operation.

The SVP is categorized into two sub-series, SVP1 and SVP4. The SVP1 is manually adjusted using the keypad. The SVP4 is designed to respond directly to a 4-20mA input signal from water treatment controls including pH and ORP monitors to maintain proper water chemistry and treatment of effluent discharge water. The SVP4 is equipped with an external port to accept the signal or it can override the 4-20 mode to be manually adjusted with the arrows on the keypad.

The SVP4’s ability to accept a 4-20mA signal to pace the pump makes it well suited for the industrial user and municipal water treatment and wastewater treatment plants. Municipalities that supply potable water to residential and commercial sites require treatment of the well or surface water source they use. The SVP can inject sodium hypochlorite or other related disinfectants or meter solutions to oxidize problem water such as excessive levels of iron, manganese, and hydrogen sulfide which can cause staining and rotten egg odor.

This pump series provides twice the output for large Commercial Pool and Aquatic Facilities or Water and Wastewater treatment plants. The pump can also inject two compatible solutions at the same ratio. The Classic Series double head adjustable output pump is built the same way as the single head adjustable with the addition of another pump head that doubles the output.
